It would be our pleasure to take our pampering directly to you!


Blushing Brides is an on-location beauty service. We have hair, makeup and nail teams available for on-site travel all over the Northern East Coast, including the 6 New England states and parts of New York. Our standard travel fee per artist is $150 for the first 20 miles traveled with an additional $2/mile traveled roundtrip thereafter. The same travel fee applies for trial runs and on-location nail services whether for your wedding or another day. Email us, we’ll help you figure it out!

BB is an on-location beauty service that comes to you for both your wedding AND your trial run! When booking your trial, consider how many looks you want to test out so we have plenty of sweet time with you. All you need is a bottle of bubbly, a little space, and we’ll come prepared with everything else!

When it comes to booking our team of hair, makeup, and nail artists for your big day, you have options! Have a makeup artist already and only need hair for you and your gals? No problem! Need hair and makeup only for yourself and a couple others? We’ve got you! Looking to have everyone’s nails done before the rehearsal dinner and hair and makeup done the day of? We are there! We’re flexible, and we want this to be the best and easiest experience possible for you.

A signed contract and $600 non-refundable and non-transferable retainer that counts towards your wedding day services are required to secure your wedding date with Blushing Brides.


Due to the very high volume of brides booking with us daily, once you know you want to book with us we will give you 5 days to complete and return your contract and retainer to us while we hold your date for you. If after the 5 days we have not received your contract and retainer, your date gets opened up to other interested brides for booking. Of course if no one else snatches up your date, we will happily welcome you into our little family with your signed contract and retainer in hand!


This helps us service all of our brides and inquiries as efficiently and fairly as possible!

EARLY MORNING WEDDINGS

Being bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at the crack of dawn is kind of our thing.


To accommodate events with an arrival time between 7am and 8am, a $200 Early Bird fee will apply per artist and will be billed in 30 minute blocks for each half hour earlier thereafter.

LAST MINUTE EVENT BOOKING

To properly accommodate any wedding or event booked with 30 days or less notice, a $400 last minute booking fee will be added to ensure we are able to properly prioritize your wedding to the top of our que for expedited booking, scheduling, preparation, and team assembly that normally spans 6 months to a year’s time.

We’re not really the hagglin’ kind; we know what we’re worth. But we really want to work with you so here’s what we’ve got!

Military Discount: We, at Blushing Brides, appreciate the immense and hard work you and your partner have done to help our country. We would like to recognize your selfless contributions by offering $50 off any wedding contract to any active duty or reserve military couples as a small token of our gratitude. We appreciate you more than you know and we thank you for your service.

The Fine Print

Additional artists: Your wedding will be equipped with 1-4 artists depending on the number of services and timeline we are working within. For wedding parties with more than 8 services, additional artists may be needed to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. To maintain the integrity, skill, quality, and experience of the artists we hire and work with, a $450 fee will apply for each additional artist added after the first one regardless of the tier booked. If a shorter timeline is requested for completing wedding services, additional artists may be added with this fee to accomplish this. All individual artist minimums must still be met regardless of this fee or the number of artists.


Parking and long-distance fees: Parking, valet, ferry and/or other fees that may apply surrounding the wedding, event, and/or trial run, are the responsibility of the client and will be paid on or before the event date. For the safety of our artists, client locations with an arrival time that requires the artist(s) to leave their homes prior to 5am will require overnight accommodations on site provided by the client. There will be a $300 convenience fee for all ferry travel for extended wait periods both prior to departure and while on the ship going both ways.


Payments: Payment is accepted in the form of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). The trial run is paid at the time of booking the trial run, separately from the wedding day services and required retainer amount. Payment on the final balance is due in two installments prior to the event date: 50% is due 90 days prior to the event, and the second 50% is due 30 days prior to the event. Any payments received after that date will incur a $50 late payment fee plus an additional $25 per day. There will be a $50 fee on any bounced or returned checks. Additional artists requested by the client will be billed at $150 per artist.


Cancellations: A credit card is required to be kept on file for all bookings including trial runs. Trial run cancellations made with 36 hours or less notice will be charged the full amount of the appointment cost. Additions to the contract may be made at any point if time and availability allows. Should the client cancel some or all of the booked services after the contract is signed, the full amount of the original contract will still be due. If a service needs to be cancelled for one entourage member but another entourage member is able to take the place of that service, no fees beyond the fee of the original service will be charged. If all services are cancelled, the remaining contract balance is due immediately.


Service Minimum: To ensure the integrity of our artists’ work, there is a $1500 minimum for the first artist booked. This is based on services alone and excludes trial run costs. Additional artists are booked with an $850 per artist minimum. Wedding parties that doe not meet these minimums will still be charged the minimum amount to secure our services. There is a 2 service minimum for all non-wedding events. The cost of 2 services will be charged if the minimum is not met to secure the booking.
